RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 3-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at qassehrania.cc@gmail.com If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an exchange reference number, as well as the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

It is advisable that all return and exchange items must be shipped using a courier service with tracking number. QASSEHRANIA will not be liable for any loss of exchange items in transit. Kindly email us the tracking for our reference.

 

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchange on sale items or gift cards.

REFUND POLICY

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds, only return and exchange of items. Kindly find the return and exchange policy as above.

 

QASSEHRANIA has the rights to deny any return and exchange request although the conditions above are met.

 

PREORDER POLICY

We do not provide returns and exchanges or cancellations on preorders.
